Title: Associate
Reports to: Store Manager, General Manager or Multi-Store Manager

Overview:The Lane Bryant Associate is responsible for creating a welcoming store environment through customer engagement that contributes to Company goals.

• Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Represents the brand through fashion and product knowledge.
• Effectively integrates OMNI experience.

Responsibilities:
Sales and Service:

• Identifies customer needs and wants with curiosity and confidence through intentional conversation.
• Utilizes company resources to reinforce the brand experience and build lasting relationships.
• Shares and represents current products, fit, and fashion trends with customers to inspire and build trust.

Operations:

• Supports areas of operational energy as needed.
• Plans and prioritizes tasks to meet customer and business needs.
• Maintains a safe work environment and protects company assets.
• Follows company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal employment laws.

Requirements:

• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred, with demonstrated ability to meet performance standards.
• Able to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in utilizing mobile technology to engage with customers.
• Adjusts or moves store fixtures, weighing up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Retrieves merchandise from above shoulder level, using ladders when necessary.
