Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:
- Embody our values and set an example for others
- Maintain compliance with all company practices and procedures
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Store Manager, Co-Manager, and Sales Leads
Revenue Generation:
- Meet or exceed divisional, store, and individual financial and credit goals
Client Experience:
- Provide excellent client service by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations
- Acknowledge and build relationships with clients, creating loyalty and multi-tasking effectively
- Address client concerns and resolve issues when possible, involving management when necessary
- Present a gracious, friendly, energetic, and engaging manner, remaining respectful and professional
- Take ownership of feedback and use it for growth and development
- Communicate effectively with store management, team members, and external clients

Operations:
- Complete opening and closing procedures, prioritizing client focus
- Meet merchandise processing standards and maintain a organized workspace
- Adhere to Loss Prevention practices and report potential incidents
- Maintain a safe work environment and report hazards
- Participate in inventory preparation
- Record time worked accurately and remain flexible to business needs
- Follow operational guidelines, processes, and procedures
- Review Bulletin Boards daily
Technical Expertise:
- Demonstrate a desire to learn and navigate company computer systems
- Process register transactions quickly and efficiently
- Use Distributed Order Maintenance (DOM's) and StyleFinder to locate product and process transactions
- Operate phone and understand functions of PDT
Product/Brand Management:
- Understand and articulate company brand positioning, including uniqueness, marketing initiatives, and lifestyle concepts
- Lives the company purpose, values, and behaviors in all interactions
- Participate in and attend store meetings
- Proactively build product and styling knowledge with peers
- Embrace fashion trends and represent the brand
- Pack and wrap client purchases according to company standards
Position Requirements:
- Client Service: Function as a role model, prioritizing client satisfaction
- Follow Directions: Prioritize and meet deadlines with minimal supervision

Educational Requirements and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum one year sales associate or relevant experience in services industry with proven results
