About the role
This position leads the daily activities of associates in an Ecommerce fulfillment production environment. This includes making decisions about or assessing accuracy of system functions and information. Provide information, guidance and direction in all departments that is directly related to inventory control management. Monitor and maintain performance standards of direct reports, identifying performance improvement needs of subordinates and coaching to improve their knowledge, skills and overall productivity. In addition, this position will oversee the training processes for both new hires and internal cross-training across all shifts ensuring consistent training processes among the training staff.

- Delegate work assignments and monitor as necessary to maintain efficient production of associates in accordance with established SOPs and labor management standards.
- Supervise training of associates in department functions, procedures, and rules and provide consistent enforcement of same.
- Maintain all departmental and cross training documentation.
- Evolve training program by leveraging a culture of continuous improvement that inspires new leaders to emerge.
- Provide data to Brand Analysts with cycle count metrics.
- Research, evaluate and resolve problems with merchandise to ensure its routing to the proper processing mode.
- Communicate production statistics and issues to operations management as required.
- Conduct meetings to communicate updates, priorities and changes to associates; Support team building at all levels within production environment.
