About the role
The qualified individual will provide support to the daily functions and workflow of a designated department, under general supervision. This is a production lead position that will also perform the primary duties and responsibilities of an associate in the respective area(s) where assigned.
The impact you can have
- Assist in monitoring the workflow for designated areas. This involves communication and coordination with department supervisor / manager.
- Act as a resource for associate questions and assist with resolution of workflow problems and issues.
- Reporting of various aspects of area functions utilizing the following systems and programs - PkMS, Microsoft Outlook including Excel, Word, and Email.
- Train and develop associates in department function, procedures, and policies.
- Support teambuilding at all levels within the FC.
