The successful candidate will manage and execute the full cycle recruitment process, collaborating with HR Business Partners and hiring managers across the organization in order to meet business objectives. 3-5 years full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment. Responsibilities
- Work with business leaders to develop and lead sourcing strategies.
- Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings.
- Manage external partnerships with Human Resource vendors, colleges and universities, and job boards.
- Review monthly recruitment budget.
- Engage in contingency and temporary assignment searches and maintain contractor agency fee agreements; ensure timely payment of all related expenses.
- Maintain a network of vendors to support and enhance talent acquisition.
- Effectively manage vendor relationships and coordinate with third-party providers.
- Oversee all stages of candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Manage, train, and evaluate a team of recruiters.
- Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness to build talent pipelines.
- Measure and report on key recruitment metrics.
- Execute, or contribute to, assigned projects, activities and initiatives.
