Responsibilities
- Interact cross functionally with multiple departments.
- Assist with month-end close procedures.
- Prepare month-end reports for submission.
- Analyze financial data and explain balance sheet and income statement fluctuations.
- Assist with intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
- Identify areas for continuous improvement to increase efficiency.
- Maintain internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Support internal and external audit procedures and requests.
- Assist with special projects as requested.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or higher in Accounting/Finance.
- 2 years of experience.
- CPA is a plus.
- Biopharmaceutical, biotech or medical devices industry a plus but not required.
- Highly proficient in Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Analytical skills for risk identification and management.
Salary : $76,400 - $96,000
