Responsibilities
Learning and Development
- Manage & maintain learning management system.
- Oversee day-to-day activities and assisting with manager & leadership training.
- Serve as main liaison between departments for program implementation.
- Create training content by collaborating with external vendors/internal teams.
- Create a leadership development program.
Performance Management
- Ensure all performance reviews are completed.
- Provide support for all employee questions/issues related to performance reviews.
New Hire Onboarding
- Maintain the new hire onboarding program.
- Assist with streamlining workflow across the organization.
- Serve as main point of contact for leaders and employees across the organization.
- Manage new hire welcome events virtually & in-office.
Company Intranet
- Manage Talent Management team page, New hire portal and Performance Management info page.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience in HR, or similar function.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent Communication skills both verbally and written.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
