Responsibilities
- Support the building out of trading and portfolio analytics processes.
- Evaluate and implement a trading system with various broker counterparties
- Perform trade bookings and allocations, resolving trade settlement issues accordingly
- Monitor custodian records
- Manage broker relationships
- Produce a weekly flash P&L and provide commentary
- Spearhead developing analytical reports that monitor portfolios, returns and P&L drivers
- Manage external private equity manager relationships, including providing portfolio company updates and fund performance
- Report on cash management and debt covenants
- Prepare select regulatory filings
- Identify system and operational improvements
- Leverage Excel macros to automate
