We are seeking a friendly and energetic Host/Server to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. You will also be responsible for providing excellent food service, creating a memorable dining experience, and maintaining high standards of guest relations. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently to optimize seating arrangements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout service.
- Clear dishes from tables, wipe down tables and chairs.
- Help wash dishes when nessicary.
- Uphold high standards of customer service at all times, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when taking reservations or answering inquiries.
Skills
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
