Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. We are specifically looking for an EXPERIENCED Infant teacher, as well as someone who would be comfortable floating to multiple age groups . As a Child Care Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the lives of our students and supporting their growth through engaging activities and individualized attention.
Duties
- Provide attentive care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Engage in activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development.
- Monitor children's progress and behavior, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment.
- Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive learning experience for all students.
Experience
- Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education is preferred.
- Skills in toddler care, infant care, special education, behavior management, and childhood development are highly valued.
- Familiarity with caregiving practices and educational techniques that enhance learning outcomes.
- A background in nannying or related fields is advantageous but not required.
- A passion for educating young children and fostering their growth in a supportive environment.
