- Experience in the repair and replacement of boiler systems
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret schematics
- Experience in facilities maintenance
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers
- Electrical experience
-Knowledge of carpentry
-Plumbing Experience
- Excellent customer service skills
-Direct "hands-on" HVAC experience preferred.
