Job Requirements
We are seeking a skilled Service Technician II to perform diagnostic and service work on residential and/or light commercial HVAC equipment and accessories. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment as well as related accessories.
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic and service work on HVAC equipment and accessories
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Follow standard procedures and processes to ensure quality workmanship and efficiency
The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 2 years of experience in HVAC with technical training certification, and must possess all required licensing or certification. Additionally, they should be skilled at servicing heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment as well as related accessories.
