Professional Cleaner

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including residential, commercial, and hotel environments. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to perform a variety of cleaning tasks efficiently.

Duties

• Perform custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to ensure all areas are clean and presentable.
• Conduct residential cleaning tasks such as laundry, kitchen sanitation, and bathroom upkeep.
• Execute carpet cleaning procedures using appropriate equipment and techniques.
• Manage housekeeping responsibilities in hotels or commercial establishments to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Carry out floor care activities including stripping, waxing, and buffing as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction with cleaning services.
• Follow safety protocols and use cleaning supplies responsibly to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for various surfaces and materials.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
