Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Kickboxing and Boxing Instructor to join our dynamic fitness team. As an instructor, you will lead engaging and motivating classes for individuals of all fitness levels, focusing on the fundamentals of kickboxing and boxing techniques while fostering a supportive and energetic atmosphere. Your primary goal will be to inspire and empower our members to achieve their fitness goals while promoting proper form, technique, and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Lead dynamic and challenging kickboxing and boxing classes that cater to participants of varying skill levels and fitness goals.
- Design and plan class routines that incorporate a variety of techniques, including punches, kicks, footwork, and defensive maneuvers.
- Provide clear and concise instructions on proper form, technique, and movement cues to ensure safe and effective workouts.
- Motivate and inspire class participants to push beyond their limits, encouraging them to reach their full potential and achieve their fitness objectives.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, positivity, and professionalism while interacting with members, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.
- Conduct periodic assessments and offer constructive feedback to help participants improve their skills, strength, and endurance.
- Stay current with industry trends, training methodologies, and safety protocols related to kickboxing and boxing instruction.
- Assist with member inquiries, class registration, and retention efforts to support the overall success of the fitness program.
- Collaborate with fellow instructors and fitness staff to coordinate class schedules, special events, and promotions.
- Uphold facility policies and procedures, including equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading group fitness classes, preferably in kickboxing and boxing disciplines.
- Strong understanding of kickboxing and boxing techniques, including proper stance, striking mechanics, and defensive skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire class participants.
- Enthusiastic and energetic attitude with a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Job Type: Part-time
