Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and preferences.
- Perform hair styling services such as cutting, coloring, and treatments according to clients' requests.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment to ensure client safety and satisfaction.
- Utilize cosmetology and barbering skills to create trendy and personalized looks for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired outcomes and offer professional advice.
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends and techniques to provide high-quality services.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid cosmetology or barbering license
- Proficiency in hair styling techniques, including hair extensions and color theory
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Experience with salon software
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and retail sales experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
