MAINTENANCE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:
Under general supervision, provide administrative support for the Knoebel Family, the Director of Facilities & Operations, the Director of Grounds, and the Engineers that support departments within those divisions: Rides, Buildings, Grounds, Mechanical, Infrastructure, and Facility Maintenance. Sets up and maintains professional office systems, including timely and detailed database and documentation of: rides, buildings, grounds, mechanical, infrastructure, facilities, projects, and special events. Facilitates communication between external and internal contacts, including vendors and subcontractors. Provides friendly service and answers questions for staff, vendors, and contractors.
Requires excellent database management, organizational, communication and typing skills, and ability to provide intermediate level support on projects. Must be willing to work in an office environment and outside to assist in the field on work projects. Must be able to provide consistently friendly service to guests, coworkers, contractors and vendors. Must be able to use a two-way radio. Must be able to send and receive text pictures. Must be able to maintain confidentiality.

Requirements:
- Administrative support for aforementioned team members
- Coordinate meetings, help prepare meeting agendas, take & distribute minutes/notes.
- Maintain calendar appointments.
- Data entry
- Filing of confidential documentation
- Processing of Ride-related Documentation
- Coordination of training materials and seminars
- Professional communication with DEP and other entities associated with freshwater treatment plants.
- Assist with Permits & Licenses
- Periodic assistance with ordering, shipping, and receiving of materials.
- Documentation of outside contractors
- Provide HCM support for aforementioned departments.
- Coordinate park related trips.
- Provide consistent, friendly, and helpful service to coworkers, contractors, & vendors
- Other duties as assigned.
- Qualifications: Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required. At least two years of administrative experience in the workforce preferred, which includes computerized databases, spreadsheets and word processing.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- •Knowledge of office procedures, database systems, and standard formats for business correspondence and reports.
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- •Knowledge of business English, vocabulary, spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
- •Ability to work with all levels of employees and outside vendors in a professional, positive, and friendly manner.
- •Ability to type at least 30 words per minute.
- •Ability to input, access and analyze data using a computer.
- •Ability to make basic mathematical computations and compose and edit correspondence.
- •Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- •Ability to set up and maintain complex records and files.
