Welder- TIG- Stainless Steel- 2nd shift
- 1st shift training hours (1-2 months): Monday - Friday 6 AM - 2:30 PM, $23-25/hr DOE
- 2nd shift: Monday - Friday 2 PM - 10:30 PM, 1/hr shift differential

Essential Duties

- Fitting, fabricating, and welding parts for assembly.
- Use of diagrams, blueprints, or instructions to fit, tack and weld product.
- Operation of Press Brake, Punch Break and other fabricating equipment.
- Identify serviceable vs. non-serviceable parts during the assembly process.
- Follow procedural guidelines during the fitting/welding process.
- Proper use of power and manual tools.
- Proper use of calibrated gauges, power and manual torquing devices.
- Technical Capacity
- Proven skills in Tig Welding, including stainless steel.
- Proven skills in welding with GMAW, FCAW and/or GTAW processes
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Knowledge of generally accepted best practices and theory.
- Good mechanical skills
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of shop use of measuring devices.
- Basic knowledge of quantitative methods/statistical procedures and graphic skills.
