About the Role
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Electronics Technical Specialist to join our team in Grain Valley, MO. This role will involve coordinating the test and repair of traction electronics, setting cell targets, and prioritizing workload to meet business KPI targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the test and repair of traction electronics through the test process using optimal test resource
- Set cell targets and prioritize workload to meet business KPI targets
- Evaluate new items for repair and develop test strategy to offer cost-effective test for the business
- Report weekly operational K.P.I's to the Test Manager
- Liaise with projects and internal/external customers to offer suitable test solutions
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics with 1 year of experience or Associate's Degree in Electronics with 4 years of experience
- Ability to use basic test equipment such as voltmeters, oscilloscopes, frequency generators, and counters
- Ability to use all basic test equipment without instruction and the ability to configure and use advanced test equipment such as spectrum analyzers or logic analyzers
