We are building the platform connecting merchants to the many applications that consumers and businesses interact with everyday. Our flagship product allows consumers to instantly update & manage their cards on file with online merchant accounts (e.g. Netflix or PayPal). What you'll do
- Architect, design, deploy, document and manage our cloud-based network infrastructure.
- Own and maintain critical API infrastructure serving hundreds of requests per second.
- Lead and defend technical decisions providing design justification, coordination, and identifying value and requirements for other teams in the organization.
- Learn and continue to foster an understanding of the long-term needs of our infrastructure.
- Manage and assist in the resolution of complicated technical problems & incidents and provide appropriate communication & escalation.
- Support and maintain our current infrastructure to maintain a high level of service and availability to the rest of the organization.
