- This is a Seasonal Position.
Main Tasks:
- Event Management:
- Manages day-of event execution for all group events, supervising support teams and serving as lead decision-maker to resolve client issues and requests.
- Collaborates with the Events and Execution area manager to coordinate all client, sales team, and park team communication and coordination for Group Sales events.
- Ensures arrangements and planning details are carried out to exceed client expectations.
- Supports the execution of in-park sponsorships to align with national and regional agreements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, event planning, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Valid driver's license to drive a golf cart.
