The Facilities - Maintenance Area Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of Knott's Berry Farm's infrastructure and attractions. Main Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance staff to ensure prompt and efficient execution of tasks.

- Collaborate with various departments to address facility issues and enhance overall operational performance.
- Schedule and assign tasks according to business needs, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct project assessments, estimate materials and labor costs, and coordinate logistics planning to meet project requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory compliance, including SCAQMD rules, Food Safety Health Code, Pool Safety, OHSA, and Cal OSHA, to ensure a safe working environment.
- Ongoing training, coaching, and mentoring of staff to develop their skills and knowledge, promoting individual and divisional goals.
