- Tactical -Day to Day supervision of High Tech Products
- Strategic - Build Plans ; Resouces& Inventory planning , Problem solving ; Process improvement- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Fabrication processes ; Machine shop [ Ceramic, Semi-Conductors -A Plus ]
- Ability to use and see via a microscope (some jobs)
- Experience working with chemicals
- Knowledge of Microsoft
- Knowledge of SOPs (a plus)
- Good manual dexterity and fine motor skills
- Able to follow written instructions and procedures and verbal instructions
- Ability and desire to learn (applicable work experiences are nice to have but not required)
