Due to growth, they are seeking someone with at least 5 years' experience in Corporate Business Transactions and Commercial Real Estate to work full time in the office right off the Rt. 110 Corridor.

Due to growth, they are seeking someone with at least 5 years' experience in Corporate Business Transactions and Commercial Real Estate to work full time in the office right off the Rt. 110 Corridor.
Main Responsibilities:
- Be a rainmaker to bring in new business/cases (marketing and networking to obtain your own new clients)
- Meet with clients, communicate with adversaries, negotiate, and draft various types of business contracts
- Provide partners with support for their matters, operating in a team environment
- Review and negotiate various types of business agreements, commercial real estate leases and financing documents and conduct closings
Main Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) Degree plus admission to NY state bar
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Corporate and Commercial Real Estate matters. Experience with employment law and commercial litigation is a plus
- Excellent writing, organizational, analytical and negotiation skills, plus outstanding client communication and management skills
- Eager to be involved in business development with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Portable business and a business background are preferred
