What You'll Do
The Senior Financial Analyst will:
- Lead the period-end close process, including scheduling, communication with stakeholders, and ensuring accurate reporting
- Collaborate cross-functionally to manage the SAP S4/HANA rollout, accounting processes, and system mapping
- Oversee the transition from Oracle to OneStream, ensuring smooth integration of global consolidation and reporting
- Support SOX compliance by implementing and monitoring controls, providing recommendations for improvement, and mitigating risks
- Conduct and maintain balance sheet reconciliations in collaboration with Business Controllers and the Global Business Service team
- Work closely with internal and external auditors, providing documentation and explanations during reviews and audits
- Participate in fraud control, AI-driven analysis, and B2C initiatives, contributing to innovative and efficient business practices
- Assist with special projects and new tool rollouts as needed, offering expertise on large data sets and technical accounting matters
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
- Strong technical accounting background with proficiency in SAP, Oracle, and Excel
- Experience working with large data sets, ERP implementations, and accounting/IT integration
- Knowledge of SOX compliance and internal audit procedures
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage large-scale projects
- General product experience or knowledge of the sporting goods industry is a plus
