We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator with a strong foundation in system administration, cloud platforms, and identity management solutions. This role requires both technical expertise and excellent client-facing soft skills to support our organization's IT infrastructure needs.

About The Role
We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator with a strong foundation in system administration, cloud platforms, and identity management solutions. This role requires both technical expertise and excellent client-facing soft skills to support our organization's IT infrastructure needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Apple iOS, Microsoft, and Google environments
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control via Okta
- Configure, monitor, and maintain IT systems and networks
- Implement security measures and best practices
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users
- Document IT processes and maintain system configuration records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT initiatives
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding IT processes
- 3 years of systems administration experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with Apple iOS deployment and management
- Experience with Microsoft administration (Active Directory, Office 365, etc.)
- Experience with Google Workspace administration
- Hands-on experience with Okta identity management
- Strong foundational IT skills including networking and security concepts
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- DevOps knowledge and experience
- Automation and scripting capabilities
- Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Apple, etc.)
- Experience in a client-facing IT role
- Knowledge of IT service management frameworks
