1 Covid Clerk position
Duties/Responsibilities
- Will perform collection of patient samples for laboratory testing
- Rotates through other support functions / greeter and performs other duties as assigned by the Site Lead to ensure safe, efficient and high quality operations.
- Register clients at collection sites for COVID specimen collection.
- Print labels to affix to the specimen collection container.
- Properly don and doff personal protection equipment (PPE) according to CDC guidelines and YNHHS policies.
- Ensures staff safety at all times, enforcing social distancing guidelines.
- Provide assistance with collection site disinfection as needed.
- Maintain accurate record of clients who get specimens collected at the site.
- Follows proper infection prevention procedures at all times.
- Assists with restocking or ordering supplies as designated by site lead
