Duties
- Handle calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Recruitment
- Perform daily updates/ maintain accurate records in the database and on multiple spreadsheets.
- Set up candidate interviews.
- Submit resumes to clients
- Add candidates to recruitment lists
- Assist in the collection of employee time sheets.
- Post positions to the website.
- Edit and format resumes.
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in standard office software applications (e.g. Excel, Micorsoft outlook, Word, Adobe, Etc.)
- Experience in Excel spreadsheets
