Software Developer - Senior
Project / Program Name - DMV Transformation
The Software Developer will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and testing for all aspects of the system modernization initiatives.
Day to Day Tasks :
Based on a set of business requirements the Software Developer Senior will be required to define functional & data requirements, write application specifications, and develop for the web while adhering to WCAG 2.2 AA standards. Web applications will be written in .Net and OutSystems based on the design. Unit testing for each module is required as well as writing test plans for the integration tests. When testing is completed the Software Developer Senior will be required to migrate the programs to the production environment and perform postproduction validation of the implementation.
Requested Qualifications :
- 72 months experience coding with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- 72 months experience in developing responsive web applications and using front-end web UI frameworks
- 72 months experience writing SQL statements and using Stored Procedures
- 60 months experience building and integrating with web services (SOAP / REST)
- 48 months experience developing to web accessibility standards including both manual screen reader and keyboard accessibility testing of code
- 72 months experience coding .NET, ASP.NET, and .NET Core MVC
- 12 months experience in OutSystems development
Mandatory Qualifications :
Software Developer - Is involved with all facets of the software development process, including the research, design, programming, testing and implementation of computer software.
Senior - 60 - 84 Months : Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance and provides guidance to others. May have an advanced education.
