IT Specialist - Junior
IT Coordinator to install and configure hardware and software, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support.
Day to day Tasks :
- Regularly maintain IT equipment including, but not limited to, digital displays, mobile devices (iPads, iPhones), clinical devices (Pyxis Med Dispensing), conference room equipment (Polycom), printers, laptop and desktop computers at OMH Central Office.
- Responsible for ensuring that computers and clinical hardware work efficiently and effectively, enabling employees to do their jobs without issue.
- Must independently troubleshoot issues that arise during device usage and find solutions to common issues and author user guide documentation.
- Will assist the oversight of OMH device asset inventory and the procurement of new equipment if necessary.
Mandatory Qualifications :
IT Specialist -Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer.
Junior - Position Skill Level : (Per Attachment 4)
