This position supports Headquarters, U.S. Marine Corps, Installations & Logistics front office providing support for a variety of tasks:
- Compiles SF 701/702 Forms (Security Container Check Sheet) monthly for Security
- Verify clearance levels in DISS to process Visit Access Request and DD 2875 (SAAR) Forms
- Processes and submits PFPA 79 (Swipe Access) Forms in ESSRP for authorized building access
- Covers down as the Alternate Security Manager and processes all SMB requests when she is out of office
- Creates and submits Onboarding/Offboarding package in ESSRP
- Completes quarterly supply inventory on CAR/CMR and consolidates packages for RO signature and submission
- Submit/track all stock item requests from Henderson Hall Supply
- Manages and tracks all parking clearances/permits for DC I&L in the Parking Management System
- Create and submit travel authorization and vouchers for SES Deal
- Creates ETMS package boards for review and signature
- Audit ETMS Taskers for completeness/resolution
- Edit and submit MARADMIN for release
- Creates/Tracks all facility requests, to include new furniture and display board
- Creates/Tracks all ESD/ARI IT tickets
- Audit ETMS Taskers for completeness/resolution
