Key Responsibilities
Client & Project: We are seeking for a new talent to join the MES team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate on a life science project.
- As an MES PMX Support Consultant, you will be responsible for sustaining legacy batch records to meet business process and Quality requirements.
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Rockwell Manufacturing Execution System PMX is required.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Manage support tickets and on call requests for PMX MES.
- Develop innovative solutions to enhance application functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure GxP compliance.
- Develop and update Knowledge Base Articles.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with business to define MES updates required & update schedule.
- Author updates and changes to PMX batch records, following GxP and SDLC protocols.
- Triage, investigate, resolve and manage all PMX ServiceNow tickets.
- Maintain and develop MES Knowledge Base.
- Assist shop floor operators when escalated from Tier 1 to Tier 2 support.
- PMX authoring - 1 year
- GxP manufacturing experience, preferably in Life Sciences - 2 years
- Issue Management experience - 1 year
- Ability to work up to 80% onsite
- High School Diploma or GED
- PharmaSuite MES authoring experience
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree
