What are the responsibilities and job description for the Teacher’s Assistant position at KnowledgePoints Tutoring?
KnowledgePoints is looking for a motivated self-starter for our Teacher’s Assistant/Student Support position at our Trinity tutoring center. Candidates must be capable of carrying stacks of binders and boxes of paper, and enjoy working in a FAST-paced environment and being on the move all day long.
This is a key role in our center. S/he will work closely with our staff and students and will be responsible for:
- Preparing all materials for student instruction for our tutors
- Supporting our tutors and their students during all instructional hours
- Daily administrative and student-centered tasks
- Helping with projects as needed
- Possibly tutoring on occasion if experienced in that area
To Qualify You Must Have:
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong initiative and time management skills
- The ability to work Mon-Thur 12:30pm-7:30pm and Saturdays 8:30am-1pm
- Experience with and a love for working with children
- A positive and friendly demeanor
- The ability to physically lift and carry supplies and be on your feet most of the day

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 38 per week
