Description
Reporting to the Knowles COO, the candidate will be responsible for a group of factories responsible for film, electrolytic and micacapacitor manufacturing located in Massachusetts, South Carolina, and Mexico. The candidate will be responsible to ensure the factories are meeting tactical performances to support business needs while driving long range plans to enable factories to achieve greater efficiencies. This position will require candidate to work out of Liberty, South Carolina, Join our team and play an exciting and pivotal role in transforming our factories to operate at the next level of excellence.

One element in our total compensation package is base pay. The starting base pay for this role is $200,000 to $250,000 per year.
Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to previous experience and skills acquired prior to joining us, cost of living in the assigned work location, assigned schedule, and salaries of similarly situated peers at the company. It is to be expected that candidates will come to us with different sets of skills and experiences and therefore will be paid at different points in the stated range.
