What You’ll Do
As our Sales Manager, you’ll take the lead in driving sales performance, developing customer relationships, and managing a team of sales professionals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Building strong, lasting relationships with farmers, landowners, and customers in the agriculture sector.
- Collaborating with the team to market and sell agricultural equipment, utility vehicles, and lawn & garden products.
- Staying current on trends, innovations, and products in the agriculture and equipment industries.
- Developing sales strategies and training team members on effective selling techniques.
- Managing inventory levels and forecasting customer needs.
- Attending agricultural expos, trade shows, and local events to promote our products and services.
What You Bring
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in agriculture or agricultural equipment sales is highly preferred.
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record in managing sales teams and achieving revenue goals.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and guide your team toward success while fostering a collaborative environment.
