Knox Academy, a specialized K-5 school, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This role is ideal for a compassionate professional passionate about supporting students with autism in a school setting. This position offers competitive pay and is full time, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm.
Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create inclusive learning environments.
- Provide training and support to staff on behavior management strategies.
- Conduct assessments and analyze data to track student progress.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and school policies.
