What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Aluminum Installer position at Knox Aluminum?
Knox Aluminum is a family owned business that has been in this industry for over 45 years. We are reputable, licensed and insured that services southern Hillsborough County.
We are actively seeking experienced installers only, who exhibit characteristics and skills as below:
ONLY EXPERIENCED ALUMINUM CONSTRUCTION INSTALLERS NEED APPLY.
Requirements for Installers:
- Driver's License.
- Dependable and prompt.
- Speak fluent English.
- Construction background. Must have have own tools (drills, tape measure etc).
- Experience in screening or willing to learn.
- Pay attention to detail & follow directions.
- Work in groups under a foreman.
- Window or glass room installation a plus.
Potential for growth and advancement is offered to those who are interested and willing to work. Saturday work also available.
We are seeking someone who can preform the responsibilities listed or is willing to learn and grow with the company.
Foreman Experience:
- Screening
- General Construction skills.
- Screen/pool cage construction.
- All tools needed for work orders.
- Driver's License
- Window and door installation background.
- Working in a position with leadership or work delegation experience.
Pay will depend on experience. A 14 day trial period will be in place for Foreman positions. If you have passed the inspection period change of base pay rate will change to reflect skill level. Installer positions will also receive the same trial period that will determine your final pay grade.
Candidates with experience may apply online or come in person to fill out an application between 6am-4pm Monday-Friday.
