Job Description
In this position you will be required to receive incoming new order requests via email, process the data entry into our system, print out and prepare documents to be served or filed at court, email jobs to out of town affiliates and submit court filing via e-filing. You will have constant communication with attorneys, paralegals and other attorney services.
Set hours 8:30am to 5:30pm
starting wage $19.00/hr, reviewed after 90 day probation
Qualifications
fast typing, multi-tasking, customer service skills on the phone and email, sense of urgency, able to focus under stress or urgent requests, team player, reliability.
