Territory Manager-Janitorial

Join our dynamic team as a Territory Manager in the janitorial sector, where you will oversee operations across multiple buildings within your assigned area. This full-time role offers the opportunity to lead a team, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Our company prides itself on maintaining strong customer relations and achieving operational excellence. The position requires flexibility, as you will manage second-shift operations from 5 PM to 1 AM, with occasional adjustments for special events and meetings. Paid Weekly $20-$22 an hour!

Responsibilities

• Select, hire, and train personnel for assigned accounts.
• Plan and organize work for start-up operations and supervise ongoing activities.
• Manage personnel decisions, including promotions and discharges.
• Oversee the delivery and distribution of supplies and equipment.
• Conduct continuous evaluations to ensure high standards of work.
• Maintain customer relations through regular walk-throughs and visits.
• Address customer complaints promptly and effectively.
• Perform weekly quality control checks.
• Provide coverage for accounts during employee absences or labor shortages.
• Coordinate and work scheduled special events.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• 2-3 years of management experience, preferably in the janitorial industry.
