CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Customer Care Specialists/Administrative Assistants are enthusiastic dependable individuals responsible for acting as liaison between the customer and Knox Pest Control. They are individuals who can listen patiently and communicate in a positive manner to process customer requests or resolve complaints. Their target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities and Job Duties:
Serve as liaison between technicians and customers to schedule pest control appointments
·Assess customer needs, resolve complaints and follow-up to ensure resolution
·Communicate effectively with technicians and managers to ensure quality service is being delivered
·Schedule service appointments in partnership with technicians
·Greet customers warmly with a positive attitude
·Review and verify account information – maintain details notes of customer interaction
·Recommend additional services based on customer needs
·Make quality assurance and collections calls
·Maintain neat work area and organized filing system
·Collect payments on past due bills
·Process credit card payments
