ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Administrative Assistants are enthusiastic dependable individuals responsible for acting as liaison between the customer and Knox Pest Control. They are individuals who can listen patiently and communicate in a positive manner to process customer requests or resolve complaints. Their target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities and Job Duties:
·Assess customer needs, resolve complaints and follow-up to ensure resolution
·Communicate effectively with technicians and managers to ensure quality service is being delivered
·Greet customers warmly with a positive attitude
·Review and verify account information – maintain details notes of customer interaction
·Make quality assurance and collections calls
·Maintain neat work area and organized filing system
·Make collection calls
·Process credit card payments
