CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST / SERVICE SCHEDULER
Customer Care Specialists/Service cheduler are enthusiastic dependable individuals responsible for acting as liaison between the customer and Knox Pest Control. They are individuals who can listen patiently and communicate in a positive manner to process customer requests or resolve complaints. Their target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities and Job Duties:
· Serve as liaison between technicians and customers to schedule pest control appointments
· Assess customer needs, resolve complaints and follow-up to ensure resolution
· Communicate effectively with technicians and managers to ensure quality service is being delivered
· Schedule service appointments in partnership with technicians
· Greet customers warmly with a positive attitude
· Review and verify account information – maintain details notes of customer interaction
· Recommend additional services based on customer needs
· Make quality assurance calls
· Maintain neat work area and organized filing system
· Collect payments on past due bills
· Process credit card payments
