Your Role:
In this dynamic and challenging role, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care. You will assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions to promote healing and recovery. Your expertise will be essential in preserving evidence as needed for assault/rape/abuse cases and completing documentation.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for accurately triaging patients, preparing patients for exams and procedures, and assisting physicians as needed. Additionally, you will monitor hemodynamic status, interpret results, and intervene appropriately.
Education and Experience:
A current RN license in the State of Iowa and current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications are necessary. We prefer candidates with a minimum of 1 year of Emergency Nursing experience. Annual competency training and licensure/certification maintenance are required.
