Operations Manager:
The Operations Manager will assist the COO in carrying out the functions listed below. It is expected that the Operations Manager will take ownership of these functions and report their status to the COO on a regular basis. In addition to the functions listed below, the Operations Manager is expected to uphold
Knocksville’s team-oriented culture and provide support in other areas as needed.
Manager Role:
- 35 salaried hours per week
- 1 weekday closing shift per week
- 2 weekend shifts per month
- $36,000 w/ bonuses - biweekly pay schedule
Manager Qualifications:
- High school degree or GED
- Preferred: Associates or Bachelors degree in a business related discipline
- 2 years of experience managing systems and day-to-day operations in a business setting
- Preferred: Experience working in a sports related environment
- Experience working with a broad application business operating system
- Preferred: Experience with Mindbody software
