Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Full-Desk Recruiter to join our team in the ABA industry. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruiting process, including business development, candidate sourcing, and placement coordination. You will play a critical role in connecting passionate professionals with meaningful opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
Proactively source, screen and recruit candidates for center-based ABA roles.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various platforms.
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment :
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates in the ABA industry, including Behavior Technicians (BTs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and administrative staff.
Utilize job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and professional associations to build a strong talent pipeline.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match organizational needs and culture.
Conduct 25 virtual interviews per week
25 phone calls per day
Placement Coordination :
Present qualified candidates to internal department leadership and coordinate interviews.
Manage offer negotiations
Provide follow-up support to ensure successful placements and retention.
Market Research & Insights :
Stay informed about trends and challenges in the ABA industry, including licensing requirements, salary benchmarks, and workforce demands.
Provide market intelligence to leadership to guide hiring decisions.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a full-desk recruiter, preferably in the healthcare or ABA field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Ability to manage multiple candidates and requisitions simultaneously.
Results-driven mindset with a passion for connecting talent with meaningful opportunities.
Preferred Skills :
Experience recruiting for RBTs, BCBAs, and ABA support roles.
Knowledge of state and national ABA certifications and licensure requirements.
Familiarity with industry platforms such as Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) resources.
Compensation :
55k Base Salary
