Job Description
- Shopify Management: Oversee daily operations of our Shopify store, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. Manage product listings, inventory, and pricing to maximize sales and profitability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to drive online sales growth and enhance customer experience.
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies to increase online presence and engagement.
- Data Analysis: Monitor site analytics and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and inform data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing an eCommerce platform, with a focus on Shopify.
- Proven history of driving online sales growth and improving customer experience.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
