Marketing Campaign Coordinator

We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Coordinator to join KNS International. This role is crucial for managing various aspects of our retailer marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Third-Party Agency Management: Manage relationships with third-party agencies. Ensure effective communication and alignment on campaign objectives.
• Budget Monitoring: Oversee and manage campaign spend and budgets on multiple platforms. Ensure cost-effective marketing solutions.
• Data Reporting: Pull and analyze data from various sources. Generate weekly reports on campaign performance.
• Coordination: Collaborate with outside agencies and internal departments. Ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
• Product Listing Monitoring: Regularly monitor product listing pages. Ensure accuracy, optimize content, and enhance visibility.
• Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns. Work across digital, social media, email, and other channels.
• Performance Analysis: Interpret campaign metrics. Provide actionable insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
• Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 2 years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign management, or a similar role.
• Experience working with eCommerce, retail, or consumer brands is a plus.

Technical & Analytical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in marketing analytics and data reporting.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other digital marketing tools.
• Experience managing budgets and optimizing campaign spend across multiple platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

Marketing & Campaign Management:

• Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including paid media, social media, email marketing, and influencer campaigns.
• Ability to coordinate with third-party agencies and internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Understanding of SEO principles and product listing page optimization.

Soft Skills & Competencies:

• Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):

• Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.).
• Understanding of retail marketing and merchandising strategies.
• Basic graphic design or content creation skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
