What are the responsibilities and job description for the Endur Application Support Analyst position at KNS IT GROUP?
Skills | Must-Haves:
Extensive knowledge of Openlink Endur with 5 years of experience, preferably with Endur V16 or higher (V23 preferred).
Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes across Front, Middle, and Backoffice.
Comprehensive knowledge of the Crude, Refined Products, and Biofuels markets.
Expertise in P&L, Greeks, and position/exposure reporting.
Deep understanding of the physical deal lifecycle, including physicals, transit, storage, pipeline, and cargo operations.
Proficient with various derivative instruments (futures, swaps, options, etc.) for US and European markets.
Hands-on experience with deal modeling, C-motion, reference data, risk valuation, invoicing, settlements, and reporting within Endur.
Familiarity with Endur JVS and OpenComponents (nice to have)
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Traders, Operations, and the Market Risk group to provide daily support for the application.
Work with the client’s IT teams to configure new business setups and product modelling
Log, manage, and resolve incidents, ensuring proactive communication and regular updates to users.
Coordinate with the global support team to effectively manage client expectations.
Previous experience in an Endur production support role is advantageous.
- 5 years of professional experience
- experience with Openlink Endur v16 or newer versions (V23 preferred)
- Crude, Refined products and Biofuels industry experience

- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- Endur V23 experience
