Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced Automotive Service Advisors to join our growing team in both Canada and the U.S. This role is responsible for upselling extended warranties to customers purchasing new vehicles. You will also provide support in claims processing, adjudication, and customer issue resolution.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in the automotive industry—whether as a service advisor, parts advisor, or technician—and possesses mechanical and technical expertise in vehicle diagnostics and repair.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming claim-related calls within established performance metrics
- Conduct and manage vehicle inspections when required (e.g., high-value or suspected fraudulent claims)
- Accurately adjudicate claims per warranty contract terms and internal processes
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of clients, agents, and warranty contract details
- Escalate suspicious claims to management as needed
- Participate in training programs to stay current with policy and procedural updates
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in the Automotive Service Industry (required)
- Experience as a Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, or Automotive Technician
- Strong mechanical and technical knowledge of automotive systems
- Ability to interpret and assess vehicle service contracts and repairs
- Must pass a background check
- Language Requirements:
- Montreal, QC: Fluent in French
- South Carolina: Fluent in English
Compensation:
- Canada: CAD $65,000 (Remote)
- South Carolina: USD $58,000 (Onsite)
