Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding swiftly to emergencies.
- Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and operate life-support equipment as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on care plans and discharge instructions.
Requirements:
- Valid RN license in Kansas or compact state license.
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
