Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in Labor and Delivery to join our healthcare team in Davenport, IA. As a key member of our maternity care team, you will provide high-quality care to expectant mothers throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients during labor and delivery
- Administer medications and assist with pain management
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the state of Iowa (or compact license)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Labor and Delivery
- BLS and NRP certifications (required)
- ACLS preferred
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
